“I’ve had a harp resting on my shoulder since I was 8 years old. And I’ve been blessed with so many awesome opportunities throughout the years. I love what I do! As a professional harpist, the greatest joy for me is sharing my music with others. Transforming events from ordinary to amazing. Hearing from a client ‘Your harp music made the celebration!’ Performing music that people of all ages love and recognize. Working one-on-one with clients to customize the event of a lifetime! All these years later, I love playing the harp even more now than I did when I was young!”

Leading up to the wedding, she learned a whole new piece for me! She even worked with me over the phone to finalize our ceremony setlist (playing her harp live, of course) so I could practice walking around my house and pick the perfect song to walk down the aisle. I will never forget being in my getting ready suite, stressed about everything getting done on time and full of jitters, and hearing her begin to play in the chapel below us as guests arrived. The sound of the harp floated up to me and did wonders for soothing my nerves. Laurie, you were a gem to work with and I cannot thank you enough!Posted on Katherine HTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Five stars! I can't recommend Laurie enough! Laurie played harp at our wedding ceremony, accompanied by Diane on cello, and their music was absolutely stunning and added such a personal touch to our day. Laurie was a joy to work with—professional, kind, and enthusiastic about our vision. She even reached out to a composer on our behalf when the sheet music we wanted wasn’t available, then quickly learned new custom songs with Diane when we had to pivot. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and the music on our big day was unforgettable. I feel so lucky to have been able to work with Laurie and I would love to work with her again for any future event!Posted on a loomisTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Laurie performed at my mother’s funeral service and was amazing! She asked ahead of time about the music my mom enjoyed listening to and then played a wide assortment of music at the service. Couldn't recommend Laurie enough!Posted on Teri BalowTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Laurie worked with my daughter and myself for the most beautiful heart felt ceremony with the music that my daughter wanted. Laurie was able to accommodate every request. She arrived early to set up and was so so kind and personable, yet very professional. The harp music could be heard in our whole back yard for everyone to enjoy. Received so many comments on how spectacular the music was. Laurie reached out to me Mother of the bride to see if there was anything I wanted played. As I had a harp at my wedding 30 years previous. She took me back to my special day. She continued to play at our cocktail hour and just moved the crowd. It is awesome to have a person at your big day who really cares about her craft and about the individuals whose day it is. I highly recommend Laurie as the kind professional she is. Her smile lit up the backyard. She placed herself by the ceremony as not to be "in" the way. But in an area that all could appreciate the music. She was very respectful to needs and politely asking where would be a great spot to accommodate all of us. The music and skill of Laurie oh my, so breathtaking. Would not change a thing. Also appreciated that she gave a military discount with no hesitation as the groom is in the Navy. So thoughtful.
