Laurie played for our ceremony and our 90 minute cocktail “hour” and everything was spectacular. Leading up to the wedding, she learned a whole new piece for me! She even worked with me over the phone to finalize our ceremony setlist, playing her harp live, of course, so I could practice walking around my house and pick the perfect song to walk down the aisle. I will never forget being in my getting ready suite, stressed about everything getting done on time and full of jitters, and hearing her begin to play in the chapel below us as guests arrived. The sound of the harp floated up to me and did wonders for soothing my nerves. Laurie, you were a gem to work with and I cannot thank you enough!

Laurie and her colleague played for our daughter's wedding at the Peace Garden in Minneapolis. It was absolutely beautiful and exceeded every expectation. She is a talented musician, operates with the highest degree of professionalism, is incredibly kind and accountable. Laurie played harp at our wedding ceremony, accompanied by Diane on cello, and their music was absolutely stunning and added such a personal touch to our day. Laurie was a joy to work with—professional, kind, and enthusiastic about our vision. She even reached out to a composer on our behalf when the sheet music we wanted wasn’t available, then quickly learned new custom songs with Diane when we had to pivot. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and the music on our big day was unforgettable. I feel so lucky to have been able to work with Laurie and I would love to work with her again for any future event!

Laurie worked with my daughter and myself for the most beautiful heartfelt ceremony with the music that my daughter wanted. Laurie was able to accommodate every request. Received so many comments on how spectacular the music was. Laurie reached out to me, Mother of the bride, to see if there was anything I wanted played. As I had a harp at my wedding 30 years previous. She took me back to my special day. She continued to play at our cocktail hour and just moved the crowd. It is awesome to have a person at your big day who really cares about her craft and about the individuals whose day it is. I highly recommend Laurie as the kind professional she is. Her smile lit up the backyard. The music and skill of Laurie oh my, so breathtaking. Would not change a thing. Also appreciated that she gave a military discount with no hesitation as the groom is in the Navy. So thoughtful. Highly recommend.

Laurie is straightforward, professional, and timely with the business contract and schedule setting, and then is fun and enthusiastic about setup and song selection. Laurie is a pro and said she would handle everything and find a good spot that accommodated her and her harp if things got hot/cold/rainy. Laurie helped me review some song options and learned a new song for the procession at my request which made it extra special.
